First you need to shred your chicken. Season your thawed chicken with whatever you would like. Place a tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet on medium heat and cook on one side for 5 minutes. Add 3/4 cup water to the skillet and flip the chicken over. Cover the skillet and let the chicken simmer for 10 minutes. Drain the water and let the chicken cool for 10 minutes. Shred the chicken with two forks.

Next, place half of the shredded chicken in the bottom of your cooking dish. Place the cream cheese in the middle and put the rest of the chicken on top. Use 3/4 of the wing sauce a pour it evenly over the chicken and cream cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 20 minutes. Remove aluminum foil and stir the ingredients together.  Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top and replace in the oven for 10 minutes. Let the dip cool down and place in the fridge until cool.
